Minor retooling in the background. New News features have been added. Drop Down Menu navigation is on the site. Very snazzy indeed.

I have been tinkering with the EPSPA website. I guess I am never done. I already have ideas for version 2.0 that may come alive sometime in the future. More to the point, I have added a neater news interface and a drop down menu navigation.

For the news, we can now post a brief abstract then a full story complete with comments and a forward link. The drop down menu should hopefully make navigation easier. You can now go directly to sub-folders in the document section and email the officers from any page. Neat.
