- • The server provides one on one instant messaging to any connected user.
- BBS/Forum:
- • Share messages or files you have come upon that others may find useful. Forums and/or file directories are easily created whenever needed.
- Collaborative Calendar:
- • All registered users may update one group calendar, all scholastics events in a one stop shop.

- Internal Mailboxes:
- • You can email other Citadel users when you do not want or need a mass post on the forums.
- Internal Mailing Lists:
- • Lists can be easily created that can send bulk messages to several users. (Working on also passing notifications to outside UT emails).
- File Server:
- • Citadel can also host files like in Yahoo! groups for everyone to access.
